Dear Recruiter’s,
I have earned a Master’s degree in microbial gene technology, graduating as the top student in my class. I have a deep interest in molecular biology, which motivated me to focus my dissertation on plant virology. My dissertation focused on “Investigating the association of Tomato leaf curl Virudhunagar alphasatellite with Tomato leaf curl New Delhi Virus.”
I have hands-on experience in molecular cloning, plating techniques, and purification of proteins, and I am keen on pursuing research in molecular biology. I am a quick learner, highly motivated, and passionate about research since completing my Bachelor’s degree. So, I pursued a master’s degree in microbial gene technology to pursue research as my career. During my dissertation, I focused on studying a plant virus using molecular techniques because my passion drew me towards working in a molecular biology lab. My curiosity led me to choose this path, I became more motivated during the master’s dissertation from Dec 2023 to May 2024 and continued my work after my master’s degree as well as I was also involved in a project in which I learned to purify the proteins where I purified the His-tagged recombinant Metalloprotease of Leptospira Sp between June 2024 to November 2024. Simultaneously, I learned to overcome difficulties and gain experience working individually and as part of a team. If the opportunity arises, I can extend my skills in microbiology, and I hope to be an immense in the research field with my peers and superiors. As a sincere and honest individual, I consistently submit my work on time and effectively handle challenges. Eventually, it motivated me to think about the research, and I planned to apply for this project because it enables me to gain insight and knowledge so that I can able to work quality control. I also completed a diploma course in analytical techniques in quality control during my Bachelor’s degree.
I can confidently attest that I can work in the lab and make meaningful contributions to the field with hard work and sincerity if given the opportunity. I am grateful for the opportunity to apply for the QC position.
