In the dissertation I am trying to check the reversal of chloroquine resistance activity of compounds in Plasmodium falciparum provided by Medicine for Malaria Venture in their Global Health Priority Box. I am screening the most potent compounds with the combination of chloroquine to check whether these compounds make the resistant malaria parasite susceptible against chloroquine.
