I am Saumya Selvaraji, and I am writing to express my interest in pursuing the Senior Research Analyst position at E-Merge Tech. I believe this position will help me enhance my project management skills and progress in my career.
During my Bachelor’s, I published three articles that demonstrate my skills in conducting literature reviews and data compilation. During my Master’s thesis project, I studied the protein-protein interaction in the distant relative of Entamoeba histolytica, where I carried out profound literature and bioinformatic analysis, along with gaining technical expertise.
Moreover, my experience as a Senior Research Associate at Syngene International Ltd, India, has helped me with strong soft skills development while gaining technical expertise, which has enhanced my ability to work in a dynamic environment. Managing multiple projects simultaneously has strengthened my time management and prioritization skills, allowing me to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
I have honed my problem-solving ability by troubleshooting experimental challenges, optimizing protocols, and adapting to new scientific methodologies. Effective communication and teamwork has been key in contributing to productive discussions in team meetings/brainstorming sessions.
