**Subject:** **Application For Regulatory Affairs at Sharda Cropchem Pvt Ltd. **
Respected  Sir/Ma’am
I am writing this letter to express my keen interest in applying for Regulatory Affairs at Sharda Cropchem Pvt Ltd. I have competed my Master’s in Organic Chemistry (CGPA: 7.25) from Dr. D Y Patil Arts Commerce and Science, College Pune in August 2023.

**My research Experience:**
·        I carried out extensive lab work focused on synthesizing co-crystals, hydrates, and polymorphs of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) using ionic liquids as green solvents for crystallization.

·        I contributed to the study of elastic and plastic molecular crystals, gaining hands-on experience in sample preparation and analysis.

·        My work involved designing and analyzing crystal structures to improve physical stability and performance, using techniques such as single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction (SC-XRD, PXRD).

·        I am proficient in structural analysis software including APEX, Mercury, Olex2, and X’Pert HighScore.

·        I regularly used Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and hot-stage microscopy to study thermal behavior and phase transitions in molecular crystals.

During my time as a Project Associate-I in the Physical and Material Chemistry Division at CSIR–National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, I had the opportunity to work closely on research involving chemical crystallography and intermolecular interactions. My work focused on improving the mechanical properties of pharmaceutical compounds using crystal engineering techniques. This hands-on experience gave me a strong foundation in laboratory procedures, chemical analysis, and working within a research-driven environment.

I’m truly interested in the Regulatory Affairs position because I enjoy being part of the process that ensures scientific work meets the right standards and reaches people safely. My background in research has given me a strong foundation, and I’m eager to apply that experience to support your team—especially in handling documentation, reviewing data, and learning more about regulatory processes. I’m excited about the opportunity to grow in this field and contribute to meaningful work in a structured, impactful way..

I’ve attached my CV for your kind review. Thank you for considering my application I’d be happy to discuss how I can be a part of your team.
Sincerely,
