During my five-months training in the field of gut microbiota,
I gained extensive experience in gas chromatography
analysis and various cell culture techniques. My work
primarily focused on studying the changes in fatty acids
digestion and the composition of gut microbiota influenced
by different fatty acids and edible oils. Utilizing gas
chromatography, I conducted precise measurements of fatty
acids profiling to analyze these changes.

I also mastered cell culture techniques such as media preparation, cell line
revival, cell counting with a Neubauer Chamber, cryopreservation and
MTT assay for cell viability. Additionally, I gained experience by observing
animal handling and necropsy procedure.
