I am Sakshi Sharma a Recent Master’s graduate in Biotechnology from Panjab University. I am writing to express my interest in your esteemed company. With a strong background in microbiology, Molecular techniques and hands-on experience in academic project, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your team.
My experience includes an academic project, which I undertook for 5 to 6 months as a Research Intern. My responsibilities involved DNA extraction, PCR, and agarose gel electrophoresis, enhancing my skill set in bacterial characterization and molecular techniques.
During my internship as a Quality Control Microbiologist Intern for two months at Nitin Lifesciences [hidden] I developed robust skills in bacterial culturing, Microbial testing and performing HPLC analysis aligned with GMP standards, which helped ensure product quality.
In Addition to this, as a fresher I am currently writing a review article on my project and simultaneously I am engaging in online Certification course of CRISPR-CAS9 as a Gene editing tool and beyond.
