1. Interaction of five vegetables with P-glycoprotein: An in-silico study (2023):
• Assembled bioactive compounds found in 5 vegetables (Tomato, Bell pepper, Broccoli, Beetroot, and Cucurbita).
• Checked bioactive compounds using ADMET tool.
• Identified best fit inhibitor to prevent Multi Drug Resistance.
2. Monitoring of Heart rate, Body temperature and Blood pressure (2022):
• Monitored vital signs for 50 days at two different times.
• Performed COBWEB plotting to draw patterns.
3. Analysed blood slide of leukemia (2022):
• Measured affected and normal blood cells using ImageJ software.
• Statistically analyzed the data.
4. Fourier analysis of Non-Nodular Lung Cancer images and statistical analysis (2021):
• Retrieved raw images of CT scans using ImageJ software.
• Performed statistical analysis.
