  To identify multidrug-resistant E. coli in the urine samples of the tertiary care unit. Isolation of pathogenic microbe present in the urine sample through culturing the sample. Gram Staining of the sample followed by catalase and all biochemical testing (Indole, MRVP, Citrate, Urease, TSI). To identify which antibiotic resist the growth of pathogenic microbe by using the disc diffusion method.
