TO STUDY THE STAINING EFFICIENCY OF HERBAL DYES: GULMOHAR AND MARIGOLD
Result: Unlike synthetic dyes, natural dyes are less toxic, biodegradable, and eco-friendly. A new attempt has been made to substitute synthetic dye with natural dyes like Gulmohar and Marigold.

and eosin are the routinely used stains in histopathology, histology, and microscopy wherein
eosin is a synthetic stain. A new attempt has been made to substitute eosin with a natural dye,
one among which is Gulmohar (Delonix regia) and Marigold (Tagetes)
