Subject: Application for genome analyst position.

Respected sir/ma’am,

I am writing to express my interest in the genome analyst at Med Genome With a strong background in Bioinformatics, Molecular biology, research. I am eager to contribute to my analytical and research skills to support your research initiatives, genomic data interpretation and analysis further develop my expertise in it.

During my time at internship in CSIR – CLRI, I gained hands-on experience in research project skills, such as data analysis, lab techniques and report writing. While in my undergraduate I have done certification course in Bioinformatics includes Blast, sequence analysis, accessing bioinformatics database and interpretation results. This experience, combined with my studies as a biochemist, has strengthened my ability to conduct independent projects, analyze complex problems, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

I am particularly drawn to this opportunity because of my dissertation done at ICMR-NIRT in immunology department. There I handled clinical samples of Tuberculosis patients and tested for immunological response using ELISA under the topic of ‘A Characterization of immunology response in Tuberculosis’ and additionally learned PBMC isolation & storage. As a biochemist with required skills relevant to this job role, I would like to explore genomic projects and also about the prospect of contributing to meaningful advancements in this area.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my skills and experience can benefit your team. I am available at your convenience for an interview.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response.

Sincerely,
Nithyashree.
