- Executive –E1 Level: – Document Storage and Retrieval System (DSRS) in QC Microbiology department in Aurobindo Pharma Limited, Bachupally, Hyderabad- 500019.
- Technical Assistant at National Centre of Biological Sciences, GKVK, Bangalore Fly Facility on microinjection of Drosophila melanogaster embryos.
- Scientific Officer at ICRISAT, Patancheru, Hyderabad involved in Marker-assisted recurrent selection (MARS) in pearl millet pollen parent.
- Junior Research Fellow at University of Hyderabad at Department of Plant Sciences, School of Life Sciences and involved in taxonomic work, protein analysis, biochemical and phylogenetic analysis.
- Senior Research Fellow at University of Hyderabad from at department of plant sciences, School of life sciences and involved in Transcriptome profiling of E. pisi pathogen to identify the candidate PAMPs and effectors molecules involved in virulence and pathogenesis in early stages of infection.
Project Details
- Developing of DNA markers based on different polymorphism-detecting techniques like PCR – polymerase chain reaction & RAPD, SSR, SNP, etc.
- DNA & RNA Isolations etc. in Pearl Millet.
- Enhancing yield potential, and tolerance of environmental stresses, such as drought, & Resistance to diseases and pests.
- Executing the field & glass-house experiments related to Pearl millet genomics and molecular breeding.
