ACADEMIC PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Title: Evaluating the Potential of Benzyl Isothiocyanate (BITC) in targeting human lung cancer cells.
My project focused on Benzyl Isothiocyanate works on A549 cell lines employing various of cell culture techniques including, MTT Assay, Dual Staining (A0 EtBr staining), DAPI Staining, Rhodamine staining, Wound healing assay.
Partial achieved successfully and study of Cytotoxicity effect of BITC on A549 lung cancer cells, effect of BITC on cell proliferation and migration, and BITC on mitochondrial membrane potential.
