**Dear Sir/Members of recruiter committee**,

I am writing this letter in response to your advertisement. I am confident that my academic background in molecular biology and biochemical research experience will make me a competent contributor to your team. In brief, I am well acquainted with molecular biology techniques such as DNA isolation, RNA isolation, molecular cloning, Real Time-PCR, expression analysis at both the transcript and protein levels, along with protein analysis techniques including native/denaturing PAGE, 2D gel electrophoresis, LC-MS, western blotting, ELISA, and data analysis using bioinformatics approaches like modelling and docking studies using EasyDock Vina v2.2, Expasy server, EBI server, CHIMERA software, multiple alignments, BLAST, FASTA, ClustalW, primer designing, and phylogenetic tree construction using Mega 11.0 software. I have a deep interest in in vivo and in vitro as well as animal model based mechanistic assessment of different cellular pathways using molecular and cell biological techniques. I am expertise in planning and execution of experiments, interpreting data, as well as writing and data preparation for manuscript publication. I have published several papers in noted journals. I am well organized, goal oriented and a self-motivated research person. During my doctorate time, I lectured graduate and post graduate students on behalf of my mentor. I have also mentored several undergraduate and graduate students in their research projects.
