OBJECTIVE

Study of Fungus from Different Soil Samples:
The fungal strains from different soil samples were grown at suitable temperature and pH. Examination and identification of grown fungal species using a Microscope. These obtained strains are then inoculated in the media containing arsenic. It is observed that the fungal strains of Aspergillus family show resistance to the metal arsenic and conversion of arsenic into organic acids as to increase soil fertility was observed.

Academic Course from a local mushroom company, where the process of growing mushroom and maintaining conditions in an industry-level was learned and handling experience in growing the button mushrooms.
