Cover Letter:

I have pursued my MSc in Microbiology in the academic Year 2023-2024. As part of my Masters, I took up the clinical based topic as my dissertation work that is, “Proteomic evaluation of sugar molecule induced Antibiotic Resistance and Biofilm Formation in Candida sp. of Diabetic Population”. During this period, I developed excellent skills in handling laboratory equipment’s and learnt techniques like cell culturing, Evaluation of protein Expression using SDS PAGE, protein concentration using Dialysis, Gel Electrophoresis, PCR, RAPD, Centrifugation, Isolation of Nucleic acid (DNA and RNA) Etc. Mentioned skills and others techniques would fulfill the requirements of the Position. I believe that I could be a valuable asset and would love the opportunity to learn and grow within the institute.
