The Director
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my sincere interest in your reputed university/Institute’s/organization open Team Lead. I would like to pursue as a member of your team. I have completed my Ph.D. Biotechnology from NIMS University Jaipur Rajasthan, India in 2016 where I gave my presentation on **Phytochemical study and genetic fidelity assessment of various cultivars of _Ailanthus excelsa_ Roxb.** **in different climatic regions.**
In my research, I focused on the determination of _A. excelsa_ Roxb. leaves’ contents and environment effect on DNA and Proteins where environmental conditions affect the quantities of primary and secondary metabolites. This conditions damage DNA and proteins which was determined in my work and also determined the affectivity of leaves contents against various bacteria and fungi. In the phytochemical study of plant’s leaves, I got some specific metabolites which are effective **on cancer cells**. I am looking forward to continuing my research work as a member of your research team. **In 2023, I have received two patents from Govt. of India (provisional) related to molecular biology technique.**
I would appreciate the opportunity to continue my research in your laboratory and pursue a long-term future with estimated university/organization. I believe the nature of my research relates to your lab. In 2021, I worked as Scientist-C and Nodal Officer and developed BSL-2 Virology and Molecular Biology lab (COVID-19) in Govt. District Hospital Mandsaur (M.P.) approved by ICMR-Delhi where genome sequencing analysis works also done with help of NCDC-Delhi.
I am a self-motivated, independent researcher with 10 years’ experience. I have published 27 International Publications in reputed journal with good impact factor and citations. In 2013, I had received one of the best paper award, young researcher award 2020. My extensive experience in managing a number of projects in molecular biology and genome sequencing analysis make me an excellent candidate for this.
I worked on ICMR-NTEP Project (TB Elimination Program) as Research Associate in Dept. of Community Medicine, Govt. Medical College, Ratlam (M.P.) from February 2023 to March 2024 where my key role is to manage all qualitative and quantitative data, Counselling of TB patients etc.
**At present, I am working on ICMR- Research Project as Research Scientist in Yenepoya Research Centre, Mangalore Karnataka since April 2024.**
**Technical Expertise**
– **Protein Purification**
– **SDS-PAGE**
– **Western Blotting**
– **LC-MS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) Data Analysis**
– **GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) Data Analysis**
– **Molecular Biology Techniques**
– **Cell Culture**
As a detail-oriented, qualified and creative candidate, I have attached my CV and would be very interested in setting up a time to future discuss my skills and qualifications with you. Please let me know if you have questions and I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully
