**Subject:** Application for Genome Analyst Position
Dear Hiring Manager,
I am excited to apply for the Genome Analyst Position at MEDGENOME. As an MTech Biotechnology graduate with a strong foundation in bioinformatics, and molecular biology, and a beginner level knowledge in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), I am eager to contribute my skills and expertise to your esteemed organization.
During my academic and professional training, I have gained hands-on experience in genomic data analysis, sequencing variant interpretation, and molecular diagnostics. My internships at BiotecniKa and Helix BioGenesis equipped me with proficiency in tools like BLAST and AUTODOCK, as well as practical exposure to PCR, ELISA, and other molecular techniques. Additionally, my research on **Bioremediation of Arsenic Using Microbial Exopolysaccharide** at Calcutta University has enhanced my analytical and problem-solving skills.
I am particularly interested in this role due to its emphasis on genomic sequencing and bioinformatics collaboration. My ability to perform QC checks on NGS data, curate literature, and work effectively within cross-functional teams aligns well with the job responsibilities. I am confident that my technical expertise, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills, will allow me to make meaningful contributions to your team.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my skills and experiences can benefit MEDGENOME. Please find my resume attached for your review.
I look forward to your positive response.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Best regards,
**Deepanshi Deepak**
