Dissertation of master – on AZOLLA protein that is to extract protein of AZOLLA and then preparation of adhesive (glue) from the protein using crosslinkers Work done on wool keratin by extracting keratin from wool fibre. and then performing the molecular biology techniques on the keratin to determine the molecular weight (SDS-PAGE). the quantitative estimation of protein, its filtration and its nanofbre preparation.
