Excellent communication and project management abilities, committed to maintaining high standards of laboratory safety and accuracy.

**Microbiologist (12/2023 – current)**
**Pentair – Noida**

At Pentair, I am actively engaged in diverse projects, including OPTISOFT (water softener), Spirulina algae with a UV reactor, chlorine-free algae and bacteria control using ultrasonic wave energy, alkaline water development, and NSF testing for drinking water. I proposed and am currently working on the NanoSafe project, collaborating with a startup to explore antibacterial solutions.

As a microbiologist, I independently manage the microbiology lab, overseeing all microbiological processes with precision and expertise. My responsibilities include maintaining and reviving microbial stocks, preparing culture media, and cultivating microorganisms for research and testing. I am skilled in various microbiological techniques and specialize in microscopy, staining techniques (e.g., Gram and differential staining), and microbial viability testing. In addition, I conduct extensive literature research to support R&D, stay updated on advancements in microbiology, and identify innovative approaches for improving processes and outcomes. I am adept at preparing algae stocks and cultivating various species, including blue-green algae, in laboratory settings, optimizing conditions for growth and productivity.
I am working on the Sensacore project in the chemistry lab, contributing to its development and testing. I also handle a range of advanced equipment, including a liquid particle counter, ST-200, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, spectrophotometer, turbidity meter, GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry), DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimeter), and TGA (Thermogravimetric Analyzer)

**Lab Executive (12/2022 – 12/2023)**
**Meerkats.world – Delhi**

Project: – synthesis of nanoparticles using a template-based method
1. Conduct studies, analysis, and apply findings as suitable for product development
2. Complete Laboratory experiments and tests
3. Develop nanofibers/nanoparticles and mechanisms for seamless production.
4. Assist the procurement team in identifying, setting up, and sourcing required materials

**Microbiologist Trainee (01/2022 – 05/2022)**
**Sigma Test and Research Center – Delhi**

Extensive technical proficiency in microbiology and food microbiology. My expertise includes media preparation, serial dilution, subculturing, microbial isolation, and various plating and staining techniques (gram, endospore, capsular, fungal, etc.). Also skilled in biochemical, ELISA, and drug tests (BET and sterility). In food microbiology, the analysis of water, raw and processed food, milk, and beverages for bacterial load is performed, total plate counts and yeast and mold counts are performed, and pathogens like E. coli, Salmonella, and Listeria are isolated I also utilize predictive microbiology for determining shelf life. Handle equipment such as autoclaves, BOD incubators, hot air ovens, colony counters, ELISA readers, and biosafety cabinets. Additionally, my academic project focused on the “Nutritional effects and antioxidant properties of selected herbs and spices.”
