    Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my interest in the Genome Analyst position at Medgenome, as advertised on Biotecnika. Although I am transitioning from a research background in Protein Biophysics, I have been taking several courses in genomics, bioinformatics, and data analysis, which have fueled my passion for this field. I am eager to apply my foundational knowledge and analytical skills to contribute to your team’s efforts in advancing genomic research.
During my academic and research career, I developed a strong foundation in biophysical characterization of proteins (Via Spectroscopic/Calorimetric/Modeling), molecular dynamics simulation, molecular biology techniques, data analysis using MatLab and experimental design. I have done my M.Tech thesis work on molecular dynamic simulation in the Gromacs platform, which equipped me to gain some experience in programming languages like Python. Apart from this, the M.Tech course works on Omics have equipped me with the ability to process and interpret genomic data, identify genetic variants, and understand the biological implications of these findings.
While my direct experience in genome analysis is still growing, I bring a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proven ability to learn quickly. **I have 5 research publications in good impact journals such as Nucleic Acid Research (Impact Factor of 16.7), Protein Science (Impact Factor of 4), Journal of Molecular Biology (Impact Factor 6.2), Journal of Physical Chemistry B (Impact Factor of 3.5), and Plos One (Impact Factor of 2.9).**

    Cover Letter:

My name is Bindumadhuri Cavuturu, a Ph.D. graduate in Biotechnology in drug discover discipline from Pondicherry University with Prof. N. Arumugam in 2021. The main motif of my doctoral study was to identify the anticancer potential of sesamin and their analogues against the prime marker for colorectal cancer β-catenin. β-catenin has attracted my attention to consider it for my study because of its significant contribution in the occurrence of 80 % of sporadic colorectal cancers. In the normal cells, β-catenin is involved in several cellular and nuclear acts that were allied in the cell development and division. In my thesis, I have used rigid docking and MD simulation studies in order to identify the best probable inhibitors among the sesamin and its analogues. Further the identified inhibitors were tested on the SW480, HT29 cell lines for their antiproliferative activity by MTT assay, flowcytometry and western blott studies and it was found that sesamin, sesamolin were having the potency to reduce the total β-catenin levels. After my doctoral studies during COVID times I worked as Junior Research analyst in Excelra Knowledge Private solutions which is a work from home opportunity from March 2021 to April 2024. Later I got a Post doctoral fellow opportunity in an ICMR institute ‘National Institute of Pathology’, Delhi under Dr. S.A. Raju Bagadi from 24 April 2023 to 31 August 2024. During all part of my educational and professional experiences I am having expertise in animal cell culture (handling the cell lines SW480, HT-29, HEK293, MDA-MB-231, and A549), Western Blotting, Flow Cytometry, Virtual screening by Schrodinger, MD simulations using Gromacs and Schrodinger. During this period, I have got credit for one first author publication (Cavuturu et al.,2018), 2 publications as a co-author and two more manuscripts are ready to submit. Between these 2 more publications that to be submitted one manuscript consist of my wet lab experiences. Currently I am looking for a suitable job opportunity to have an extended career. With this brief introduction I am writing to you to choose my profile for a suitable vacancy if you have any. Thanking you Sincerely, C.Bindumadhuri
