My name is Shipra Singh, and I am from Ranchi, Jharkhand. I writing to express my interest in role of Genomic analyst at Med Genome Labs Ltd. I completed my master’s degree in biotechnology in September 2024 form Ranchi University. During the same month, I completed my dissertation in the Genetics and Genomics Department at RIMS Hospital.

As part of my dissertation, I worked on PCR, gel electrophoresis, DNA extraction and purification, primer designing, and RNA extraction using a kit. My dissertation, titled “Optimization of the Purification Protocol Utilizing Magnetic Beads Technology,” focused on purifying DNA contaminated with proteins.
