    To check the cell viability and to do cell counting had used trypsin blue in the ongoing project.

    Worked on extracting essential oil from aromatic plants. Increased efficiency by 10% and integrated with modern extraction techniques.

    Application of Agrobacterium tumefaceions in transgenic plant production.
    Study focused on improving transformation efficiency and reducing expansion to non-metal plants, involving genetic edition targets.

    Culture media for HeLa cell lines.
    Studied types of culture media, their uses, and Hela cell lines. Learned about media like Basal Media, Serum like Fetal bovine serum, and supplements to prevent contamination. Also learned to maintain pH and use buffers to stabilize pH and support cell viability.
