I believe my strong background in nanotechnology and biotechnology; and laboratory equipment, most importantly, needed in different areas of biotechnology. Area of interest: Nanoparticles, Bacteriology, Drug delivery, Molecular biology, cytogenetics My PhD thesis was focused on herbal drug nanoformulations using natural gums. The aim of the work was to improve the biological potential of drug _via _improving bio-availability. The prepared nanoformulations were evaluated using various _in vitro _biological activities such as antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-diabetic and anti inflammatory. In addition, the anti-inflammatory and anti-obesity activities of the prepared formulation were also evaluated _in vivo_ on carrageenan induced rat paw edema model and high fat diet induced obese rat model, respectively. The expression of genes involved during _in vivo_ anti-inflammatory study was also analyzed using quantitative real time PCR (qRT-PCR). I believe that my previous work experiences, coupled with my extensive knowledge of bacteriology, nanotechnology and biotechnology techniques, would be a great fit for any position or any intership position in your organization. I have approx 1 yr 7 month experience in a bacteriology lab. I look forward to applying the skills I have learned and learning towards this position.
