Objective: Culturing and identifying resistant profiles in TB bacilli using TNGS and WGS approach. Predicting drug candidates for InhA protein from natural and synthetic compounds.

Conclusion: Identified resistance patterns and targeted InhA for Molecular Docking, resulting in identification of potential drug candidates for Tuberculosis.
