During my six-month project, I worked on the “Lyoprotectant standardization for lactic acid bacteria subjected to viability escalation on freeze [hidden]#8221; I have worked on the lyoprotectant standardization for the strain Streptococcus thermophilus which is lactic acid-producing bacteria used in the starter culture.

Protein Techniques: Bacterial expression of recombinant proteins, SDS-PAGE, Affinity Chromatography, Protein purification (recombinant antigens and antibodies), Western Blotting, Protein quantification.
Molecular Biology: Conventional PCR, Real-time PCR, Purification of nucleic acid (genomic DNA, RNA and plasmid), Cloning of genes in prokaryotic expression system.
