During my college degree I have been exposed to aseptic techniques, microbiological techniques, laboratory equipment, fermentation processes, and data quality which aligns perfectly with the job description. In our module we had citric acid production and its estimation and extraction of amylase as lab experiment and we had used Aspergillus Niger as our fungi. During the process I mastered using lab equipment like autoclaves, incubators, pH meter, spectrometer, maintaining aseptic condition for fungal species, media, and inoculants preparation and maintaining aseptic conditions throughout the process, microbiology culturing.
