Thesis Title – “Genomic and Computational approach for identification and prediction of drug candidates for MDR-TB InhA resistant”

Organization – ICMR – RMRC, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha

Duration – 01/2024 – 06/2024

Objective – Culure and Identification of resistant profiles in TB bacilli by using both TNGS and WGS approach and prediction of drug candidates for InhA protein from the natural and synthetic compounds

Conclusion – In this experiment, identified resistance patterns, targeted InhA for Molecular Docking, and found three compounds with the best affinity: Aloe emodin, Epigallactocatechin gallate, and Rutin for Tuberculosis treatment.
