Cover Letter:

I have done Master’s in Forensic Biotechnology from the National Forensic Science University and hands-on experience in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), genomic analysis, and antimicrobial resistance profiling, I am eager to contribute my skills to your esteemed organization.
During my recent internship at the Department of Veterinary Biotechnology, Kamdhenu University, I isolated and analyzed Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus saprophyticus, and Proteus mirabilis from poultry, human, and environmental samples. Utilizing Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS), I identified antimicrobial resistance (AMR) genes and conducted concordance studies across different isolates. This experience, coupled with my certified training in NGS and molecular docking, has honed my ability to analyze sequencing data, interpret genetic variants, and ensure data accuracy—key aspects of the Genome Analyst role.
Beyond technical expertise, I am adept at working in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments, ensuring efficient communication with my team.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
