Unravelling Dysregulated Signaling Pathways In Colorectal Cancer Using PPIN Analysis Nov 2024
• Investigated dysregulated signaling pathways in colorectal cancer, identifying key hubs and pathways driving tumor progression. Mapped aberrant signaling pathways to uncover potential biomarkers and druggable targets, offering insights into cancer pathogenesis and targeted therapeutic strategies.
• Utilized bioinformatics tools for network analysis and pathway enrichment to explore the molecular mechanisms of colorectal cancer. High-throughput omics datasets were analyzed to construct and interpret protein-protein interaction networks (PPINs), identifying key nodes and hubs linked to cancer progression and therapeutic resistance.
**Systemic Review of genes related to Nicotine Addiction and Post-Partum Depression** May 2024
• Comprehensive Literature Review: Conducted a systematic review to identify and analyze genes implicated in nicotine addiction and postpartum depression, focusing on their genetic variants and functional roles.
• Performed an in-depth systematic review to identify genetic factors associated with nicotine addiction and postpartum depression, exploring shared pathways and mechanisms that influence susceptibility and progression of these conditions.
**Virtual Screening of Ligands binding to OCTN1** Nov 2024
• Conducted virtual screening to identify potential ligands binding to the organic cation transporter NOVEL 1 (OCTN1), focusing on their binding affinity and pharmacological properties.
• Applied molecular docking and computational screening techniques to evaluate ligand-receptor interactions. Analyzed binding modes and energy profiles, gaining insights into structure-activity relationships critical for drug design.
