This project, along with my internship in the Disease Biology Laboratory under the supervision of Dr. S. Venketesh, honed my skills in molecular biology techniques, including mammalian cell culture, MTT assay, cell morphology studies using microscopy, reactive oxygen species estimation, RNA isolation, PCR, RT-PCR, and fluorescence microscopy. I have also acquired skills in bioinformatic tools, including transcriptomics and proteomics dataset analysis and pathway enrichment analysis.
