Dear Sir/madam
I am Ms. D. Sai Sushma, completed my Ph. D in Biotechnology at Vignan’s foundation for Science, Technology and Research, Vadlamudi (March 2024). I am unemployed and looking for possible opportunity as a Ph. D. fresher.
As part of my academic journey, I have practical expertise in Microbiology techniques such as Sterilization techniques, isolation and culturing of microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, Phages), Light and fluorescence microscopy, antibiotic sensitivity testing, enzyme assays; Molecular biology techniques such as DNA extraction (Phage, bacteria and plants), electrophoresis (Agarose & SDS-PAGE), PCR; Plant tissue culture techniques (micro propagation, organogenesis). I am familiar with optimization tools Design expert, MATLAB. I am aware of Lab maintenance following rules (GLP). My projects in my graduation and post-graduation were solely based on microbiology and bioprocessing techniques (Probiotics, bioethanol production, enzyme optimization, Biogenic nanoparticle synthesis using plant materials (ZnO, CuO) _Insilico_ docking, ADME studies). I have done online certification courses on Cell culture technologies, Molecular Biology Techniques & Bioinformatics (NPTEL, Biotecnika online courses) to gain more theoretical knowledge. I have also attended hands on training programs and gained practical knowledge on Advanced Techniques in _Cyanobacteria_ and other Microalgae; and concepts in Computer aided drug design, and learned Basics in programing (Python & R Programming).
As my goal is to work as researcher, I would like to apply for post in your organization so I could utilize my knowledge and learn more research skills in the field of biotechnology inventing beneficial products for Human and Animal welfare being a beneficial employee to the organization.
