Cover Letter:

Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my interest in the position of Mol Bio Scientist** ** at your Organization as advertised. Having built a strong background in biotechnology and molecular biology with experience in the molecular biology approach for target identification, coupled with knowledge in lead optimization and metabolite identification and characterization. I also have hands-on experience in cell-based assays, coupled with a strong commitment to laboratory safety and data integrity. I am confident in my ability to contribute meaningfully to your team’s scientific objectives, the opportunity to contribute to your team has really excited me.
During my studies and work experience, I have understood biochemical and molecular biological principles properly in relation to the metabolic engineering. I am conversant with molecular biology experiments like designing primers and vector by Snap gene software, performing PCR, Restriction Cloning and Transformation of Genetic Circuit into bacteria. Screening the clone by PCR or Restriction Digestion for best clonal selection, Gene Expression Analysis. Moreover, I also performed the Cell-based Assay for metabolite recognition, specificity, sensitivity.
My research experience has been, to a large degree, oriented around applying metabolic engineering for Industrial Applications. I have used my molecular biology, biochemistry approach in designing the experiment for best metabolite recognition. This expertise is what enables sorting out high-throughput screening through 96-well plate-based assays, ensuring precision and reproducibility. I also have hands-on experience in Molecular Biology experiments, Biochemistry Assay, Analytical Techniques. Cell sorting by flow cytometry and FACS. I have also handled the qPCR instrument for m-RNA Expression level in the cell and analysis of the result.
Apart from the adequate technical skillset, I have experience in hands-on liquid handling systems such as TECAN, which made my work in the laboratory easier and much faster. In turn, it helped me to further develop skills and pay more attention to detail, trouble-shoot, and optimize protocols for several applications.
I am definitely excited about the opportunity to bring my skills and experience to your organization. My biochemistry and molecular biology background, alongside practical training in metabolic engineering and Molecular Biology, will help me fit well with the team. I am also proficient in handling HPLC, GCMS, LCMS analytical instruments since I have used it for identifying the compound and its characterization.
I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how my expertise meets the goals of your organization. Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the opportunity to make my contribution toward the cutting-edge research in at your organization.
I am excited about the opportunity to bring this experience to your organization and help uphold your reputation for safe, compliant, and high-quality products. I would welcome the chance to further discuss how my skills and experience align with your team’s goals.
Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to your continued success.
