Cover Letter:
I am S. Udaykanth, submitted my Ph.D. thesis to Osmania University, Hyderabad in the field of Biochemistry. Over the course of my academic journey, I have gained substantial hands-on exprience in various molecular biology techniques involving RNA, DNA and protein analysis.
During my masters degree (Biotechnology) I worked with human blood samples, successfully extracting DNA and performing restriction enzyme digestion to identify the genotypes associated with breast cancer pathogenesis.
In my Ph.D work I have performed protein quantification, western blotting, RT-PCR, and ELISA techniques. I have exprience in gel filtration chromatograpghy required for protein seperation and isolation from eye lens. I have strong basis in data analysis using graphpad prism.
With my strong technical skills and laboratory experience, I beleive that I can significantly contribute in the advertised project. Please find my CV attached for ypur kind conideration. I hope to hear a positive reponse.
Thank You
Udaykanth
