Hiring Manager
Hector Research
AIIMS Rishikesh, Uttarakhand
Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my interest in the Clinical Research Coordinator position at Hector Research, located at AIIMS Rishikesh. As a postgraduate biotechnology student with strong hands-on research experience and a deep understanding of clinical documentation and Good Laboratory Practices, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your team.
Currently, I am pursuing my M.Sc. (Hons.) in Biotechnology and completing my dissertation at the National Institute of Biomedical Genomics (NIBMG). My work involves zebrafish-based disease modelling, molecular techniques such as PCR/qPCR, protein/RNA isolation, western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, as well as accurate record-keeping and protocol adherence in line with GLP standards.
Previously, during my training at SHRM Biotechnologies Pvt. Ltd., I acquired practical experience in clinical-style documentation, quality control, and sample tracking, working with microbiological tests and SOP preparation. I also trained at IISER Kolkata, gaining experience in tissue handling, microscopy, and flow cytometry. These experiences have strengthened my ability to manage subject data, maintain trial documentation, and follow ethical and regulatory standards.
I am detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about contributing to impactful clinical research. I am eager to bring my technical knowledge, discipline, and collaborative mindset to support clinical trial coordination at Hector Research.
Thank you for considering my application. I have attached my resume and would welcome the opportunity to further discuss how I can support your team at AIIMS Rishikesh.
Warm regards,
Diganta Roy
