Isolation And Characterization of Nutraceuticals Producing Probiotics
Through this project, I gained hands-on experience with various microbiological techniques, maintaining sterility, spread plate and streak plate methods, Gram staining, handling light microscopes, biochemical tests, probiotic potential tests, and Nutraceuticals plating assays. Our project focused on characterizing isolates, demonstrating potential as probiotics, with GC-MS analysis revealing the production of neutraceuticals.
