Experience:

Participated in workshop on “CLONING AND TRANSFORMATION TECHNIQUES” which include Plasmid DNA isolation, RNA isolation, Restriction digestion, Ligation, Transformation.

During my project work, I have isolated pure probiotic bacterial cultures from gut of common carp fishes like Catlacatla, Labeo rohita and also isolated crude protein extract from these probiotic bacterial cultures and assessed anticancer activity of this extracted crude protein against MCF 7 cell lines (Breast cancer cell lines). And the result is there is an increase in percentage of anti-proliferation activity of cancer cells with an increase in the concentration of crude protein extract of these isolated probiotic bacteria when assessed against cancer cells.
