I am writing to apply for the position of QC Executive at JK Botanicals Pvt. Ltd. I am currently pursuing my M.Sc. (Hons.) in Biotechnology and have gained strong experience in laboratory techniques, quality analysis, and documentation through hands-on training and research.
At NIBMG, where I am currently doing my master’s dissertation, I’ve worked with techniques such as PCR/qPCR, western blotting, immunohistochemistry, protein and RNA isolation, and confocal microscopy. I’ve also learned to carefully record, verify, and analyze data, which is important for any QC role.
Earlier, during my training at IISER Kolkata, I worked on tissue handling, histopathology, and microscopy. At SHRM Biotechnologies, I gained practical knowledge in quality analysis, SOPs, GLP, sterilization, and microbiological testing of water, milk, and food products. These experiences gave me confidence in maintaining lab standards and ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
